Hi there,
Some back ground , Bruce Bryan owner Director of Aladdins Metal Craft Ltd Started out originally in 1982 as a sole trader Free lance Commercial Air Diver , worked the civils circuit (Inshore docks and rivers) acquiring the skills needed to get off shore on the oil rigs, Spent about 8 yrs working out of Dubai and the Middle East doing all sorts of contracts , welder on pipe lay barges , setting new jackets , Spool pieces top side and sub sea, broco cutting, thermic lance cutting, underwater welding and various salvage jobs .
Started In the North Sea (for K.D.Marine ltd) basic air diver and gofer! Worked up to lead diver , Senior Dive technician (Servicing & maintenance of dive helmets, and all associated dive equipment (compressors, recompression chambers , davits , winches , rigging ,and so on) R.Y.A skippers license with commercial endorsement . coded wet welder
As a free lance operative with Now a bit of a C.V. started working with other companies , Hydrex B.V specialist ship repairers , fully coded for them topside A.S.M.E 9 and sub sea spent ten years freelancing with them all over the world, doing insert repairs , pipe work ,emergency grounding repairs , and every thing else associated with ship husbandry .
Saturation Diving ticket done , (the deep stuff ! a few sat jobs later mostly welding orientated .
Rig Repairs International Cameroon (Joules Lambert CEO) Lots of variours contracts , again mostly welding sub sea and top side orientated, working on Jack up oil rigs and semi Submersible rigs , Lead diver , project manager , goffer , welder !
In the mean time build my own workshops , restored classic vehicles and motor cycles , Aladdins Metal Craft Ltd was formed , The name came from lots of clients looking for something? Old bits n pieces , Have you got one of these ? Yes hang on a minute I'll have a look! and often commented .... this is like Aladdins cave ! Wish I'd known about you years ago. Hence the name ... Aladdins metal craft ltd..
Officially registered 2008 company number 06302245 with Companies House .
Well there's a bit of History ,Now retired from the Diving Industry and running A.M.C.ltd full time . So when you contactus there is a whealth of experience at your disposal.
